Pricing:

Prices start at £12.50 per hour depending on the complexity of the project. Office Ally is flexible in their approach and quotations can be provided on request as every job is different. Whatever the project, the minimum charge is one hours work and thereafter the rate is charged by the minute. Additions or alterations requested by the client would also be charged by the minute. A back-up copy can be supplied on disk or CD (as requested by the client).

Office Ally can collect and deliver projects within the Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford area, free of charge. Outside of this area, a mileage charge of 30p per mile will be added.

Extra costs would be incurred for bulk mailings e.g. envelopes, postage, overnight delivery services, stationery for specific projects or telephone calls.

A discount or incentive may be offered to clients who use Office Ally on a regular basis by using a retainer, thereby guaranteeing you a certain amount of hours during busy periods. Student discounts are also available on presentation of a current student union identification card.
